Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at Agile Staffing Groups, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our staffing services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to the placement of candidates.
We are hiring performance driven people to join our team and learn how to staff projects, build motivated teams, and advise leaders about best in class hiring, retention, and engagement process. We will spend a lot of time training and teaching you how to be successful in this space. Compensation: This is a commission only position with uncapped compensation and on track earnings of 150k in your first year.   • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations and proposals to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
