Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at Agile Staffing Groups, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our staffing services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to the placement of candidates.
We are hiring performance driven people to join our team and learn how to staff projects, build motivated teams, and advise leaders about best in class hiring, retention, and engagement process. We will spend a lot of time training and teaching you how to be successful in this space. Compensation: This is a commission only position with uncapped compensation and on track earnings of 150k in your first year. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.

- Conduct sales presentations and proposals to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
- Proven track record of success in relationship development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
