What you can expect

We roll out the Workvivo platform to diverse organizations globally to enhance their employee experience. Our Customer Community Managers provide a hands-on consultative approach to drive value for all stakeholder groups within the customer’s organization. You will manage two communities simultaneously. 1. Customer Community - growing the customer community into a thriving metropolis of collaboration, inspiration and resource sharing. 2. A Key Strategic Customer - This large multi-national customer requires Platform Adoption/Engagement Services, Platform Management/Support, and Community Management.

What were looking for

  • Have experience in a community management role (3 years preferred)
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to connect and build trust with stakeholders, admins, and end users.
  • Have competency in Employee Engagement, Project Management techniques and approaches Customer first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.
  • Have appetite for fast-moving, high-energy environment. Experience multitasking, carefully managing time, and balancing multiple inputs for communication and collaboration.
  • Experience creating and delivering customized training for software or other technical tools of varying complexity and formality.
  • Have understanding of various ‘personas’ and how to flex storytelling, messaging, and campaigns to create engaging and meaningful content.
  • Have proven consultancy skills with the ability to identify opportunities and promote business benefits to a Customer.
  • Be able to produce well-structured and clear customer facing documentation and reports.
  • Be able to communicate and advise on technical aspects to non-technical teams. Fast decision-making ability to meet milestones and deadlines.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$86,400.00

Maximum:

$167,600.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
