We design, implement, and manage customized solutions for business processes, such as legal process compliance and third-party requests for access to user data. We are hired by our clients to tackle this critically important, but non-revenue-generating work, allowing our clients to focus on providing their customers with outstanding products and services.
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Specialist.Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns and demand generation programs to identify leads, drive those leads to SQL’s, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
●Assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing, and managing business development plans in accordance with strategic projects and initiatives
●Identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets, evaluate and screen potential business opportunities, and initiate first contact with decision-makers
●Draft client proposals and create engaging presentations to attract prospective clients
●Coordinate and implement the overall marketing strategy that aligns goals and objectives to clearly project ZGSS’s unique value proposition
●Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including relevant content creation, to drive search engine optimization using keywords, keyword phrases, and meta descriptions
●Design and distribute content to be shared via website updates and social media that is accessible, understandable, and can be shared by ZGSS team members
●Create impactful email marketing campaigns and implement tools to track and measure effectiveness
●Acquire new leads by converting digital traffic through call to action (CTA) messages, landing pages, and other avenues
●Monitor the Company’s web, social, and online community analytics, identify trends, and improve engagement with the target audience
●Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field with strong academic credentials
●Minimum of three (3) years’ experience and a successful track record in B2B digital marketing and business development
●Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements such as SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
●Proficient with email marketing tools (such as Outreach, etc.)
●Solid computer skills, including Google Workspace, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
●Excellent communicator with strong professional verbal, written (with emphasis on marketing copy), presentation, and interpersonal skills
●Working experience with formulating and executing various business development strategies
●Exhibit superior attention to detail and pride in high quality work
●High level of maturity and confidence necessary to interact with clients
●Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift priorities when competing demands arise
Physical Requirements
●Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer,
●Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
