Our cutting-edge platform, InstantON, is set to redefine real-time subscription activation, offering unparalleled convenience and efficiency for our new subscribers.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Management Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our Retail Account Manager, fostering relationships with our existing client base, and driving subscription sales growth. Additionally, the intern will play a pivotal role in the launch of our groundbreaking InstantON program. This role would be 20-30 hours per week at $15/hour for 3 months. Additional opportunities may exist after this internship!
Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Retail Account Manager to maintain and strengthen relationships with our current client base.
• Develop actionable plans and strategies to increase subscription sales and drive revenue growth.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of our new real-time subscription activation program, InstantON.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of InstantON.
• Provide support in various account management tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
