What you'll do: ELS Internship Program is a 10-week professional and personal development opportunity meant to provide you with an in-depth look into the REIT Industry. With multiple career workshops, capstone projects, and an extensive view of various departments – giving you a look into post-college life! You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced company right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Our internship program is robust, and you will be involved in meaningful projects that have a true impact upon the business. We offer intern-specific activities, including lunch & learns, a group project and presentation to our executive team, networking opportunities and meet & greets with executives. Of course, our interns will also be a part of our summer company-wide social events! Your job will include: Collaborate with liability specialists and property managers to ensure accuracy of company fleet. Update vehicle records in our risk management information system. Act as liaison between ELS and insurance broker, specifically in reference to vehicle changes. To inform DOT vendor of any changes in DOT regulated vehicles or employee drivers. Experience & skills you need: Currently enrolled in a college or university program working towards a degree in Business or related field.
