Responsibilities:

• Heavy calendar management and scheduling
• Expense reports
• Travel coordination/logistics (domestic/international)
• Plan and execute team offsites, virtual events, happy hours, etc.
• Manage distribution lists for finance and operations orgs
• Assist with preparation of quarterly decks/spreadsheets for department All Hands/QBRs
• Coordinate notary appointments as needed (for legal/finance/tax docs)
• Ad-hoc projects and requests

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience supporting high-level individuals
• Understanding of Google Suite and Zoom Video Conferencing
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily workloads with multiple avenues of communication (chat, email, etc.)
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Work cross-functionally across various departments to complete projects/tasks as needed
• Able to work well independently but has a teamwork mentality
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
