Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team in a fun and upbeat environment. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of answering phones, order input and management, & data processing. Providing outstanding customer service with written and verbal communication and processing requests from the Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
• Coordinate inventory and order management
• Answering phones and processing requests
• Coordinate shipping and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and issues
• Processing sales and entering orders
• Providing assistance to the Sales Team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Degree Preferred
• Customer-service oriented with both written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickbooks
• Experience in an Office Setting and Providing support to the Sales Team
