  • Collaborating with small/medium size businesses from around the country, understanding how they advertise and market themselves, and explaining to them how YPC Media can enhance their online presence.
  • Our sales team are marketing professionals that help businesses Be Found, Get Noticed, and Generate Leads
  • Setting appointments with business owners that lead to you winning sales!
  • Bringing in positive energy every day and thriving in a fast-paced, high energy, competitive winning environment

As YPC Media’s next Business Development Manager, you will be building relationships with business owners from various types of industries. This sales opportunity will provide you with the experience to learn how different types of businesses operate, how they market or advertise themselves and how they make their money. Support: Every day you will be supported by our Director of Sales Operations, our sales team and even our CEO’s! We give you to keys to success and it is up to you to open the door of endless opportunity.

Our Business Development Executive must be:

  • Self-Motivated – set your own goals, a resilient attitude goes a long way
  • Able to multi-task – never settling on just one deal or one lead!
  • Passionate on the phone – establishing rapport over the phone and forming relationships with prospective and current customers
  • Your day-to-day:
  • Identify small to medium-sized businesses that need our services
  • Reach out to appropriate businesses
  • Set qualified appointments
  • Turn your prospects into clients that turn into loyal and excited fans
  • Excel as a Lead Gen and turn yourself into a Closer – there is always room for growth!
