Yates is Hiring an Administrative Assistant - Corporate Planning and Scheduling / Procurement Departments Near Biloxi, MS
Requirements:
Two (2) - four (4) years of Administrative Experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Virtual Meeting platform Zoom
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, clients, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines, even in ambiguous environments.
Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on additional project work
Adapts to changes quickly and is flexible to learn new technologies, new systems, tools and processes

Essential Job Duties:
Full administrative support of Corporate Planning & Scheduling and Procurement Departments
Manage meetings (e.g. set agendas, prepare presentations, document meeting minutes and manage action items)
Work with HR team to schedule, screen, onboard new employees for the departments
Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)
Arrange business travel for management
Manage and reconcile expense reports
Work with budget tracking
Provide input for ways to improve structures and efficiency of the department
Develop and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives
Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgement, discretion and a high degree of maturity/professionalism
Apply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction
Create and update Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
