We are an Automotive Lighting & Parts E-commerce company looking for a candidate to perform as a Customer Service Rep to reply customers inquiries.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Providing assistance to customers in person, over the phone, on the e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay ect.) or via email regarding their auto parts needs. This includes helping them find the right parts for their vehicles, offering advice on compatibility, and answering any questions they may have about products or services.
• Order Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting problems with orders, providing refunds or exchanges, and escalating issues to management if necessary. Confirm the hood orders with customers by phone daily.
• Case Creation: Create cases of RMA and Replacement in the system and follow up the cases process.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, such as sales associates, technicians, and warehouse staff, to provide seamless customer service and support across all aspects of the business.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year customer service experience in e-commerce companies. Experience of Automotive Lighting/Parts product knowledge is a plus.
• Be familiar with Amazon and eBay platforms.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Good communication skills and patience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
