We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders and requests, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to address their needs and provide assistance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage customers' accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our order system

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication skills).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and ability to type accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
