Sales Development Representative

XTi Biotechnology is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Development Representative with a strong background in sports or products currently selling into the pro and college teams / leagues markets to join our early stage sales team.

This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and expanding our partnership presence in the sports sector.

To be successful in this role, you should be coachable, organized and highly effective in sales development coming from a similar role, and demonstrate genuine ability to focus on sourcing, qualifying, and closing deals.

This is a first mover advantage opportunity both in role and company! You will use your communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects from first contact to initial conversation and appointment booking.

Role Overview : Part-time Contractor based

Lead Generation and Prospecting : Use your specialized knowledge in chiropractic and medical industries to identify, qualify, and engage potential customer relationships.

Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and social media to set up quality meetings, appointments, and demos.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.

Your expertise in healthcare sales will be crucial in nurturing these relationships from initial contact to deal closure.

Sales Strategy Implementation : Play a key role in formulating and executing sales strategies tailored to the chiropractic and medical sectors.

Utilize your industry experience to enhance pipeline management and optimize sales processes.

Market Analysis and Insight : Bring your insights into the chiropractic and medical markets to lead initial market research efforts.

Help tailor our offerings to meet the specific needs of this audience, enhancing product positioning and market fit.

Performance Reporting : Monitor and report on sales activities and pipeline status to leadership. Use data-driven insights to drive decisions and strategies.

Extensive Sales Development in the high-tech Sports / Wellness Industry : At least 3 years of proven experience in sales development.

A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer engagement in these sectors is essential.

  • Sales Prospecting, Sourcing, and Lead generation : Ability to execute comprehensive sales strategies that cater specifically to the sports, performance and wellness fields.
  • Skilled Communicator : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating product benefits and differentiating from competitors within the sports and wellness industry.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot Sales, and adept at using technology to streamline sales processes, document pipeline traction, and manage client relationships.
  • Adaptable and Resilient : Comfortable with the dynamic nature of sales and able to handle the pressures of meeting ambitious sales targets.
