WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will be responsible for focusing on the Custom Install (CI) and Distribution Channel. Activities include, but are not limited to Monthly Accruals, Forecast reporting, Shipping Reports, Pricing updates, etc.
The Sales Operations team is part of the Sales Organization responsible for operational support to Sales teams and accounts, analytics and ongoing as well as ad hoc reporting.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally across sales, product marketing, supply chain and finance, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
  • Review and submit condition requests for all categories to ensure proper funding and processing of claims.
  • Consolidate annual and monthly targets for each sales team, and calculate the gap between the actual and the target.
  • Provide weekly updates on program and budget accruals so account managers have clarity in funds available for their customers.
  • Serve as expert resource on internal processes and procedures and ensure compliance in sales activities.
Required Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of directly relatedexperience is required.
  • Prior operational experience in technology sales,business development and/or OEMs and Carrier sales.
  • Experienceworking with a business group understanding data and providing insight totrends.
  • Demonstratedexperience with SAP BI, Tableau or Power BI or other integrated CRM tools.
  • Priorexperience with consumer electronic products and existing relationships withkey account preferred.

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Excellentwritten, verbal, and nonverbal communication.
  • Be comfortable managing large data sets.
  • Musthave critical thinking and problem resolution skills, and be able to work wellunder pressure, demonstrating a sense of urgency when driving for results.
  • Abilityto understand business objectives and develop KPIs for measurement of success.
  • Technicalexcellence with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
