We are looking for a Foreclosure Customer Service Representative for our law firm client, responsible for monitoring and processing accounts that are in the foreclosure process.

Your specific duties will include :

• Receiving incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages.
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding in a timely manner to resolve any issues.
• Receiving incoming calls, must have a pleasant voice and use of proper grammar is essential.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Above-average typing and computer skills.
• Prior foreclosure experience REQUIRED.
• Call Center experience required
• Exceptional mathematical skills

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
