Workrise is hiring a Sales Operations Intern who will be responsible for helping support sales data management, sales training/enablement, and sales tools/technology. Our ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and is eager to help the sales org succeed by supporting various sales/marketing initiatives and operational processes. This role will be non-exempt and will report to the Sales Operations Manager.

Our Sales Operations team at Workrise is focused on making the revenue organization more efficient through sales enablement, monitoring/assisting with customer acquisition and retention, tracking sales data/forecasting, and supporting sales performance management. 

Internship Details:

• Hybrid internship (in-office attendance at our downtown Austin office location)
• Start date: June 3 - August 4, 2024 

What you’ll be doing:

• Data and Contract Reconciliation
• Data Entry, Auditing Manipulation 
• Salesforce and revenue data cleanup 
• Assisting with various marketing and sales initiatives as needed

Experience and Education Requirements:

• 0-3 years of relevant coursework and/or experience
• Grit / Motivated / Adaptable
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Track record of academic success, leadership awards, and/or extracurricular activities
• Proficient with online applications and systems as well as Excel / Google Sheets 

Additional experience preferred, but not required:

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
