Role Overview: Sales, Marketing and Customer Support Generative AI Research Intern.

The summer intern position will work on IT/AI projects that are directly related and contributing initiatives currently underway to drive cost reduction, Customer Service Improvement and revenue generation opportunities at Shop LC. 

The Core areas of work include:

1. Customer Sentiment Analysis Chatbot of Shop LC
2. Personalized Content Generation for Shop LC Priority Customer Segments like discount buyer or exclusive buyer
3. UX Improvements for personalized pages on ShopLC Website
4. Create AD Content Generation Templates based on Personalzied Segments.

The Sales/Customer Service/Marketin research intern responsibilities will include any of the following:

1. Customer Support Sentiment Work with Customer Support team to create a Chat Bot for Customer Sentiment Analysis from Web, TV and Call Center Data. Create a set of prompt templates and fine tune prompt templates using AI techniques and Filters to get to Prompt optimization. Create the Sentiment Analysis Gen AI Engine to drive responses from prompt library.
2. GEN AI Content Generation Prompt Template Testing and Training and build a Chatbot to optimize prompts and work with Data Scientists to optimize chatbots to deliver the right content for eCampaigns, Website catalog product content and Ad Placement and media content.
3. Work with Marketing Team to capture requirements for creating personalized product descriptions/Title, blog and key word content using prompts and ChatGPT based on different customer segment and product segment scenarios.
4. Create Prompt Engineering Templates based on the goal, context, tone, output format, bias (Temperature) and other complementary contexts for Sales KPI Tracking and Anomalies.
5. Work with marketing and IT teams to create marketing workflows embedded with ChartGPT Tasks. Work with marketing and sales teams to validate the workflows.
6. Create Use Cases and stories for marketing, content creation, review, eCommerce Publishing Persona’s.
7. Working with UX Designer to build UX for the Generative AI Customer Service Chatbot, Content Generation Chatbot, marketing content and management generation application.
8. Work with system architect to document the arch and the integration points between the different applications.
9. Create Test Cases to test the applications once the development team releases for UAT – User Acceptance Testing.
10. Create Training material to help Marketing use adopt and benefit from the ChatGPT application.

The Person for performing this intern position role will have the following capabilities:

• Good Communication skills to discuss goals, work processes and work products with teams in the office.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word, power point and excel products to create work for takes 1 through 8 above.
• Create websites (Internal - SharePoint) to present and share the content generated for 1 through 8 above.
• Ability to present work product and get feedback from teams.
• Ability to write stories and use cases based on templates provided.
• Ability to document technical arch and share with development team members.
• Ability to Use ChatGPT and be familiar with prompting and training ChatGPT.
• Ability to test the applications and writing test cases to ensure Quality of the software application.
• Analytics skills to analyze User Acceptance Testing and logging defects and getting them fized.
• Ability to work independently and conduct research on new areas in marketing, technology and software development and IT Operations.

Other important details:

• The Position will require the person to work in teams on prem and online.
• Standard Shop LC Salary for Summer Intern ($15/Hr.)
• Work Performed – Hybrid
• Sign NDA to ensure all company information is proprietary and confidential.
• Will follow all company standards and policies.
• The position start date will May 15, 2023, and will end on August 15, 2024.
