Main Responsibilities:
* Taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
* Helping guests with menu recommendations, take and deliver orders (carry trays), and clear tables.
* Providing exceptional customer experience.
* Create arrangements according to our brand standards
* Selects fruit for arrangements
* Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging
* Package arrangements or dipped fruit
* Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators and appropriate storage areas
* Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
* Regular inventory checks, and inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly
* Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers
* Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
* Assisting Head Chef with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and seafood.
* Sweeping and mopping the floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
* Treat our guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude; ensure that our guests are fully satisfied by being friendly, courteous, accommodating, and reliable.
* A suitable candidate for the job should also be a problem-solver and a team player.
* Be able to multitask food and beverage orders and deliveries.
* Responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions.
* Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
* Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
* Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
* Be at least 16 years of age
* Have reliable transportation
* Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
