Assist Operations Manager with department related administrative tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess the organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. Must also be resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and have the ability to prioritize.
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required. Workday, Formsite and Adobe Sign also required.
