Position: Receptionist/Front Desk
Status: Full Time
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri w/rotating Saturday
Job Duties:
· Assist members in a professional and polite manner at all times.
· Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff member.
· Greet incoming individuals and direct them to the appropriate department.
· Assist association members for enrollment and inquiries of Association classes and activities.
· Responsible for filling out cash sheets, deposit slips and cash summary sheets.
· Maintain forms and office supplies utilized at the front desk.
· Assist residents with online tennis program.
· Sell boat passes and check out recreation equipment to residents.
· Other projects and duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications/Skills and Abilities:
Education: High-School diploma or certificate from a recognized issuing agency.
Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with staff members and affiliates of the Association.
· Basic computer skills.
· Strong organizational skills and capable of multi-tasking.
· Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
· Dependable and a self-starter.
· Previous related experience a plus.
