Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Perform night audit duties as needed, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is desirable Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
