Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, inspecting buildings, and troubleshooting issues - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance efforts - Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems - Fabricate and weld as needed for repairs or modifications - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing time, resources, and priorities Requirements: - Proficient in English (both written and verbal) - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Experience with logic controllers is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Flexibility to work on-call or outside of regular business hours when necessary Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
