Responsibilities: - Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care in a hospital setting - Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and collecting specimens - Prepare patients for examinations and assist with medical procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation - Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient information - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment - Follow proper protocols for infection control and safety measures - Provide excellent patient service and address any concerns or questions Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic life support (BLS) - Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures - Experience in providing patient care in a healthcare setting is preferred - Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems - Ability to perform basic X-Ray procedures is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Please note that inhale is not a relevant keyword for this job description.
