Wolgast Corporation seeks outgoing, assertive, and skilled administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in the construction business. Project Manager Assistant Full-time, hourly Primary Function: To provide administrative support for construction projects and Project Managers so as to retain long-term clients and achieve the Company's strategic objectives. Typical Duties Include: Coordinate, prepare, distribute, and administer project correspondence. Keep and update files on projects. Prepare bid documentation, contact and distribute to prospective bidders. Assemble and prepare billings. Verify trade contractor bonds, certificates of insurance, sworn statements and lien waivers. Maintain project manager schedule and act as his/her phone and contact liaison. Provide reception coverage as needed. Successful candidate must possess:
Extensive experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Internet, and Windows.
Proper grammar, spelling and punctuation knowledge.
Basic math skills and bookkeeping principles.
Record keeping and filing methods.
Requirements:
Experience in construction project administration highly desired.
At least two years of relevant administrative support experience.
Two-year business or vocational degree or equivalent preferred.
High school diploma.
