Introduction:
Join Hierographx, a full-service digital agency specializing in design, development, and marketing services. As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office operations run smoothly within our fast-paced work environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys working closely with a tight-knit team, and excels in a traditional receptionist role with a twist of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office space.
  • Answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Utilize AI tools to assist in creating content for our blogs.
  • Manage basic office inventory and ensure that office supplies are stocked as needed.
  • Run errands for the office and manage miscellaneous tasks to support office operations.
  • Send out thank you cards and manage other client correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to use or learn AI tools for content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outgoing and positive personality, with a professional demeanor.
  • Confidence in handling basic tech or sales questions.
  • Adept conflict resolution skills.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
