Wolfgang Confectioners currently has opening for Accounts Payable Specialist in our Loganville facility.
Successful candidates will display the following:
The accounts payable specialist is an integral part of our finance department. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for coding and managing a significant volume of invoices daily to ensure complete, accurate, and timely payments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Vendor invoice coding and entry
*Weekly check runs
*Vendor statement reconciliation
*1099 reporting and maintenance
*W9 administration
*New vendor setup in system
*Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience, Competencies and Education
*Minimum (2) years' experience in an accounts payable role
*Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
*Comprehensive understanding and application of accounting principles, concepts, and practices
*Working knowledge of computers and appropriate account and spreadsheet software
*Proficient in operating computerized accounting software, and Microsoft Office software
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication
*Effective interpersonal skills
