Our team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail. Hours are Monday through Friday 7a-3:30p. No weekends.
Responsibilities
- Post payments to company software
- Take credit card payments
- Interact with customers to resolve issues
- Run monthly statements
- Balance cash drawers
- Enter new customer information
- Enter credit and debit memos
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general accounting with Excel
- Meticulous organization skills and detail-oriented
