Wolfgang Confectioners currently has an opening for a Deacom SME. Successful candidates will display the following: 

Job description & duties:

·Morning Movement (Line Audits).

·1^st Pallet Check (coding, pallet configuration, labeling).

·Phantom pallet checks throughout the shift.

·QC values/metal checks. (Frequency to be determined)

·Line Walks throughout the shift. (Frequency to be determined)

·Leading changeover with returning material verification.

·Rework JOB responsibilities.

·Assist with EOY inventory management.

·One on One with operator guidance and retraining

·Other job duties as assigned.

SAFETY AND FOOD SAFETY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Follow all Wolfgang Safety Policies and Programs and report any concerns immediately to the supervisor and/or lead person or anyone who can act.

·Follow all Wolfgang Food Safety and Quality Policies and Programs

·Report any food safety and quality concerns immediately to the supervisor and/or lead person or anyone who can act.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

·Fundamental knowledge to read work related material and to follow directions.

·Expert level Use of computer, tablet, or RF scanner to verify transactions and move materials within Wolfgang’s ERP System.

·Scope of job duties require positive/effective verbal/written communication when interacting with co-workers, Supervisor and/or Lead Person

·Mental ability to perform as a team member and through positive words and actions supports co-workers, company policy, and production standards.

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, AND EDUCATION:

·High School Diploma or GED

·Fundamental knowledge to follow directions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

·Standing and /or sitting 8-10 hours a day.

·Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25-50lbs. as needed.

·Ability to see information in print form and/or electronically.

Shift Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday

11pm - 7am

*Hours may vary*

Starting Rate is: $22.00 plus $3 shift differential

Overtime as needed

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality of information to Company and Federal standards.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Must be dependable and work within Company conduct standards; consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
