Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

The Project Manager exemplifies the PRIDE values in their day-to-day work with internal and external stakeholders. This position drives setup, execution, and closeout of Eskenazi Health projects of varying complexity. Serves as the consolidated point of accountability, communication, and coordination for all activities within a given project. The PM also drives successful projects of varying types, if need be, by engaging and organizing the effort of subject matter experts, external vendors, and Senior Project Managers. The Project Managers optimize the type, extent, and formality of controls required to achieve project success efficiently. Project Managers are charged with driving consistency in the way that projects are established, tracked, and executed in the Eskenazi Health environment. The ideal project manager will use the existing methodologies to execute their projects while searching for ways for process improvement.
