Introduction
The Sales Manager position is a critical role within the company. An effective SM will leverage the power of the sales department and the company’s marketing efforts to drive new business. The SM will lead the sales team to high performance and fuel growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in keeping up with leads, stepping into outside sales role as needed
- Focus on new business development, “whale hunting”
- Multi-unit properties
- Property management firms
- Large commercial buildings and complexes
- Track sales KPIs
- Close %
- Average Ticket
- Total Sales, Month/YTD
- Average Quote Turnaround Time
- Total Lead Volume Comparison, YOY
- Assist in tracking marketing KPIs
- Cost Per Lead
- Cost Per Customer
- ROI By Channel
- Continue to develop and grow referral network
Annual Goals
- Company-wide Sales Performance
- 48 hour average quote turnaround time
- Territory Managers’ Performance
- 40-50% close rate
- 48 hour average quote turnaround time
- Processes
- Weekly sales meetings with sales team
- Ongoing sales training
- Submit Weekly Sales Report to GM each week
- Quarterly performance reviews with all territory managers, assisted by GM
- Attend and contribute to weekly Leadership Team meetings
Compensation Details
- $50,000 annual salary, paid bi-monthly
- Performance bonuses up to $70,000

- 80 hours of annual PTO for 2024 calendar year after 6 months.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
