Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and strengthening our client relationships within the legal community of Buffalo, NY, and its surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, effectively communicating our value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Understand the specific needs of the legal community and how our E-Discovery services can meet those needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new opportunities within the legal sector.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a sales executive or relevant role, preferably within the legal, insurance, or E-Discovery fields.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
