Role Description
The Sales Representative will also provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Training / Experience
This position does not require extra hours or weekends. Training, leads, and proven processes are provided. No prior insurance experience is required.
Many advancement opportunities are available within the agency. Also, if you desire to own your own business one day you can have the option to engage in our State Farm Agent Aspirant program.
Our agency's State Farm Agent Aspirant program has already produced multiple successful State Farm Agency owners.
Compensation
$50,000 up to No Max (top associates make $100k ).
Qualifications
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
