The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative , working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States .

Overview :

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR),

  • Will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company.
  • Will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Qualification : Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest level, and determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
  • Appointment Setting : Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for them to pursue.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system, and effectively manage lead pipelines to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies, refine messaging, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics : Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation targets, conversion rates, and appointment setting goals.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and in person.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.
