Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products - Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Skills: - Previous experience in technology sales, electronics sales, or retail sales is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of wireless sales or jewelry sales is a plus We offer competitive pay and benefits, including opportunities for career advancement.
