Job Title : Human Resources Coordinator

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000 / annually, generous benefits package
Location : Madison, WI ( Please note : Employment with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin requires residence or willingness to relocate to the state of Wisconsin. )

The Opportunity : As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide support to the Staffing and Payroll team with the maintenance and administration of the hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
This position will report directly to the Staffing and Payroll Director, working with them to maintain accurate employee records, sending onboarding materials, completing new hire vetting, and payroll process tracking.
In this role, you will be providing critical support to all WisDems staff, assisting in the coordination of many Human Resources programs.
