Winners Circle Wellness is Hiring an Area Sales Manager Near Austin, TX

With a diverse range of 100 unique SKUs, our products have successfully made their way into over 200 stores nationwide within just a year and a half of operation. Our commitment to excellence has quickly established us as a leading name in the hemp industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team and manage a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing and demonstrating our products in stores, organizing and conducting demo days, working events at retail locations, and effectively closing accounts to drive sales and expand our market presence. Some travel will be required for trade shows and events. Reputation and professionalism are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel within assigned territory to visit existing and potential retail partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the quality and uniqueness of our products.
  • Organize and execute demo days and events at retail locations to engage customers and promote sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events, networking with potential clients.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the hemp, cannabis, or related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and to trade shows/events.
  • Knowledge of the hemp industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
