Job Responsibilities
- Match invoices and packing slips
- Enter AP invoices to be paid
- Code manual invoices
- Investigate and resolve problem invoices and packing slips
- Complete paperwork to setup new Vendors
- Assist Payables manager with Month End accruals
- Scan and load all invoices and support into system
- Back-up receptionist during breaks
- Perform other duties as requested
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position
- Must be HIGHLY detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint , etc.
- Must display strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure
- Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
- Compensation is based on past job history, knowledge and experience.
