Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the business, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure high quality of cleanliness
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both employees and customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices
-Submit payroll, daily accounting, and record-keeping
Experience:
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, industry standards, and pool operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Proficient in inventory control procedures and cost management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues
