We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.
```Duties```
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and increase revenue
- Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and attract new business
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of hotel staff
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in budgeting and revenue management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
