Title: Equipment Administrative Assistant
Location: Woodburn, OR
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am – 4:30pm
Wilson Construction Company is recruiting for an Equipment Administrative Assistant to assist in supporting the equipment department, field and shop mechanics, and drivers at our facility in Woodburn.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Data entry;
• Preparation of various daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Assist in tracking equipment locations and usage, and process billings;
• Create and maintain spreadsheets;
• Organization and maintenance of both paper and electronic files; and
• Clerical tasks to support various team members as requested.
Minimum Requirements:
• HS diploma;
• Two years of relevant experience in an office setting;
• Proficient in MS Office, to include Excel and Outlook;
• Familiarity with SharePoint preferred but not required;
• Data entry skills, typing 50 wpm and 10-key by touch;
• Alpha and numeric filing skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Effective communication and ability to work with various types of staff;
• Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude;
• Flexibility and willingness to help and support others;
• Open to change and willingness to learn new skills;
• Thoughtful approach to problem solving;
• Self-motivated, proactive and capable of prioritizing workload; and
• Highly reliable and dependable.
