About the role:As Talent Manager or Jr.Talent Manager you will be responsible for procuring your own roster and identifying opportunities which enable your Talent to have multiple revenue streams. Our ideal candidate should be established in the influencer, digital, social media, marketing, content creation and/or other related fields, with a wide network of brand/agency contacts and insight into our industry. Strong candidates will understand the bigger picture of the wider industry, whilst also being granular, detail-oriented and persistent in achieving results.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $110,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.
