This position will report to the Executive Director and Managing Director of Social Services. Clinical supervision will be provided by the Managing Director of Clinical and Social Services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the entire Euclid Social Service Program including the administration of the SRO Support Services and DOHMH contracts. Ensure compliance with the requirements of the NYC Department of Homeless Services and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
• Administration of personnel policies and procedures for the program, and office management.
• Participation in the formation and implementation of WSFSSH policies at Euclid Hall.
• Collaboration with the Euclid Hall Building Manager.
• Direct oversight of the Clinical Coordinators and Special Needs (Kitchen and Program Aide Supervisors) staff.
• Direct oversight of the Administrative Assistant, the Intake Coordinator, the Medication room Coordinator, and the Activities Coordinator.
• Participation in meetings and programs with the WSFSSH Leadership Team
• Represent WSFSSH in the city-wide SRO, Social Services, and Mental Health network. (May be delegated)
• Other responsibilities upon mutual agreement with the Managing Director of Clinical and Social Services

Qualifications:

• MSW required; LCSW preferred
• Minimum of Five years of supervisory and/or clinical experience in relevant settings
• Able to work within a multi-cultural staff and resident environment
• Flexibility and desire to work with a special needs population
