West Coast Trial Lawyers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and supporting our HR department. Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, including conference room reservations and candidate communications.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions within the firm.
• Maintain and organize the interview calendar to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
• Assist in conducting initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in our internal database, tracking their progress through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a smooth and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing departmental workflows.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team,
• Provides clerical support to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the legal industry.
• Proven experience in HR coordination or related administrative roles
