We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Other job duties include:
- Order entry
- Credit card processing
- Close coordination with Sales to insure order accuracy and clear discprencies
- Freight and Shipping experience including UPS/FedEx
- Prepartion of export documents for international shipments
- Producing lables per customer requests
- Processing owners manuals
- Filing
