About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Human Resources Business Partners to join the HR Advisory function and support any one of the critical lines of business across Wells Fargo. This highly collaborative, visible and influential position will operate as a liaison to implement and execute on human capital strategies in support of strategic business initiatives with aligned line of business clientele.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will be a key participant in strategic conversations with internal and external clients within the relevant line of business to align Human Resources priorities with client needs; including but not limited to Diversity, Equity, Representation & Inclusion, Performance & Talent Management, Employee Relations and Organizational Effectiveness.

In this role, you will:
Lead in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large scale planning related to Human Resources Consulting deliverables that positively impact the business
Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Create and present relevant information, data analyses and visualizations to stakeholders and senior leaders in alignment with project and initiative management objectives and deliverables
Focus on consulting engagements for middle to more experienced level leaders spanning a range of complexity
Lead the consultation, advice and hands on support for the execution of human capital strategies, resolutions and leadership initiatives in support of strategic business decisions
Enhance and drive the effective and efficient delivery of specialized services to ensure leadership receives the appropriate resources required to fulfill people related requirements
Consult with business leaders by asking the right questions, developing organizational and cultural knowledge, sharing observations, data, and themes relating to specific human resources products and services in order to develop and implement human resources solutions
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Embrace the Wells Fargo Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with partners to positively influence outcomes
Required Qualifications
4 years of Human Resources Advisory or Human Resource Business partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and application of various human-centric concepts in a consistent and compliant manner
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and often deadline driven environment to successfully meet business objectives and deliverables
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with geographically dispersed partners, clients, and peers.
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas in a global, matrixed organization
Familiarity with supporting large, diverse populations of employees at all levels of the organization
Experience in one or more of the following HR disciplines: talent development, talent management, compensation, recognition, performance management, diversity equity & inclusion, employee relations, team member engagement and retention, organizational design/development, executive coaching, human capital planning or staffing and recruiting
Diversity equity and inclusion consulting experience
Demonstration of resilience and leadership through times ambiguity and change
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change in alignment with organizational goals and client objectives
Ability to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and interventions
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining awareness of risk mitigation
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working in a matrix environment: delegation of activities to appropriate owner of work, especially members of the broader HR Centers of Excellence (HR COE)
Experience providing consult and presenting solutions to senior leadership and demonstration of considering and accepting feedback from partners
Professional presentation skills

This position offers a hybrid work schedule in one of the locations listed below with the expectation of onsite presence (minimum 3 days/week).
