About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of the HR Business Partner team supporting Wells Fargo’s Corporate Investment Banking (CIB), Wealth and Investment Banking (WIM), and Commercial Banking (CB) functions.
This role will closely collaborate alongside Human Resources Business Partners towards critical initiatives contributing to the successful business outcomes for relevant client groups. A successful Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for assisting with creation of presentation and data materials, oversight and accountability for large-scale projects and complex strategic implementations from both a consultative and tactical perspective.

In this role you will:
Drive the development and execution of Human Resources (HR) initiatives to propel business results and performance
Work closely with cross functional center of excellence teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of people-oriented programs, services and initiatives
Provide vision, direction, and expertise for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Leverage data, analytics and reporting to make decisions
Create and manipulate reporting, data and analytics needs
Present recommendations to develop, implement, monitor and measure strategic approaches, effectiveness of the function and performance improvement opportunities
Leverage prioritization frameworks to manage HR strategic portfolio of priorities
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Build sustainable processes to effectively support organization
Provide executive presentations, business communications, change management plans, reports and PowerPoint presentations
Be a key differentiator having the ability to have One HR mind-set, operate effectively in a highly evolving and complex environment with a positive outlook
Produce & manage documentation of the human capital plan and progress including Business Unit Review (BUR) documentation.
Translate business needs into milestones and develop relevant objectives and key results for HR work efforts
Required Qualifications
5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated end to end project management experience
Experience working in a large, complex, dynamic organization with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach.
Familiarity with a variety of HR Disciplines and ability to navigate a complex center of excellence model
Successful business operations, strategic consulting and management consulting experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
A record of accomplishment demonstrating strong influencing, collaboration and decision-making skills across various stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and drive progress toward a common business objective.
Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelines
Ability to track and monitor complex projects, communicate progress to business leaders and negotiation critical issue resolution
Prioritize work across multiple leaders and lines of business
Business mindset with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience interpreting and aggregating data and translating them into user stories intended for executive and senior-level audiences.
Strong presentation (verbal and written) communications skills are required, as this role will be required to provide analysis and make presentations to diverse, executive audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; specifically Excel and PowerPoint
