About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Credit Services Group as part of Cards & Merchant Services (CMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives leveraging data-based business insights and employing operational excellence methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive operational performance improvement.In this role, you will:Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupLead initiatives to drive continuous improvement from efficiency, effectiveness, control and customer experience and employee experience standpoints using insights grounded in data partnering with a large group of stakeholders from Operations groups, Reporting and Analytics, Credit Risk, Control, Operational Risk Business Oversight, Compliance and Legal.Be fully integrated into operations, know the business, understand key drivers, OKR's, KPI's and be in-sync with strategic priorities. This will require constant interaction with business leaders & stakeholders and a deep understanding of the data.Leverage data, reporting & insights to drive root cause analysis, identify and prioritize improvement solutions, drive execution and monetize performance (translating performance gains to reduce losses, increase capacity, decrease FTE needs, etc.) by improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.Demonstrate change leadership, influence business leaders and stakeholders to drive commitment and action. Demonstrate critical thinking, stakeholder awareness to drive measured progress. Connect the dots to help tell business leaders performance story in a concise and effective manner.Demonstrate and speak agile language; provide team with support and coaching, and work through roadblocks quickly.Required Qualifications:5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience working in Banking and/or Credit Card Operations preferredDemonstrated experience in leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives impacting end to end customer experience journey and strong expertise in applying operational excellence methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.Leverage automation tools such as Power Apps, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Robotics Desktop Automation (RDA) to drive higher level of efficiency, effectiveness and control within operations processesOutstanding change leadership, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to anticipate risks and opportunities and turn findings into tactical and strategic imperativesCreating and achieving a desired future state [vision] through influence on individual and group goals, reinforcements and systems.Results oriented with outstanding ability to motivate teams and mobilize the resources to accomplish objectives.Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: identify trends, measure and communicate key performance metrics (KPI's)Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions.
