About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of the Wells Fargo’s Early Careers Program within Human Resources. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, managing of projects and execution of early talent initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Oversee one or more LOB and/or Functional early talent programs providing coordination between line of business host managers, campus recruiting, HR Business Partners, Compensation and LOB program liaisons
Develop metrics and track performance of the early talent programs
Communicate to senior leaders on early talent program progress to goals (program changes, hiring, diversity, retention, strategic initiatives)
Participate on early talent planning workstreams and project teams with other University Programs Program Managers
Serve as main point of contact and centerpiece to program participants as it relates to serving as an objective and unbiased coach and career counselor through their program life cycle - holding regular checkpoints with program participants and regularly scheduled office hours
Ensure performance feedback and/or performance evaluations and are competed and delivered for interns, Analysts and Associates
Partner with University Recruiting to execute on annual hiring needs assessment and conversion process
Plan, organize, & facilitate, events for interns and analysts.
Remain current on internal and external practices that drive greater retention, engagement and professional development
Collect, analyze and provide data and recommendations to business leaders/managers on various areas of the program
Ensure Diversity & Inclusion is a key component thread throughout program participant recruiting, experiences and training
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Required Qualifications:
2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in early talent recruiting or program management
Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship building skills with partnership capabilities
Proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels, from students to senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment with competing responsibilities, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently, as well as perform in team-based environments, including virtual teams
Experience in demonstrating ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, extensive experience in the management of logistics, juggling multiple projects
Ability to develop presentations and facilitate meetings, communicate objectives and status, drive to deliver timely and high-quality results
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience with process improvement and problem resolution
Change management experience
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
