About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
• Collaborating with other business lines and support groups to develop sections of the Resolution and Recovery Plans, including elements related to governance over Plan development.
• Strategically evaluating and applying complex and rapidly evolving regulatory requirements and expectations to applicable policies, procedures, and other governance documentation; maintain Recovery and Resolution Planning Policy and facilitate RRPO compliance with enterprise policies
• Supporting regular cadence of committee meetings including tracking topics and speakers; making conference arrangements as applicable; preparing, editing, reviewing, and revising agenda, presentation materials, minutes, and other documents/communications as required for efficient and orderly execution of committee meetings/obligations; and ensuring compliance with Committees Policy and other applicable governance policies.
• Preparing communications with and/or responding to questions from management, regulatory agencies, risk groups, and auditors, as applicable.
• Producing well-written, succinct presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications:
4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher in business or related field. JD preferred
Understanding of the Wells Fargo organization, its business lines, and legal entities and financial systems
Ability to interact with all levels of the Wells Fargo organization
Strong technical/regulatory writing and editing skills
Experience in recovery and/or resolution planning
Experience with Wdesk
Risk and/or regulatory compliance experience
Tenacity and persistence to ensure compliance with tight deadlines
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, at a minimum.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, with a critical eye of others' work.
SharePoint experience
1 year of risk and regulatory compliance experience
