Wells Fargo is Hiring a Human Resources Advisor Manager Near CHARLOTTE, NC

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Advisor Manager. We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for leading a team to deliver a best-in-class service through their work. The candidate should also have proven experience in leadership and communication style to coach a team that advises Senior Business and HR Business Partner Leaders, on strategic execution of sensitive employee situations.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a change agent for transformation and lead your team through change in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for operational excellence through process improvement and risk and control management.
  • Lead and coach a team of Advisors that provide HR advice in support of Executive Line of Business (LOB) and HR Business Partner Leaders
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners to cross-functionally drive business objectives.
  • Conduct regular quality control of your team’s work product, to ensure operational excellence, and adherence to operating model, process, and policy requirements.
  • Monitor client feedback through client satisfaction survey results and use feedback to coach Advisors to deliver a best-in-class client service experience.
  • Make decisions and resolve and/or escalate issues regarding risks, service delivery commitments and/or resources to meet business objectives.
  • Assure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and audit requirements.
  • Lead with a One HR mindset by collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and multiple levels of managers across HR as appropriate.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to proactively improve employee engagement and DE&I outcomes.
  • Develop partnerships and actively collaborate with other business and functional areas such as HRBP teams, HR Control, Independent Risk Management and Legal.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years Human Resources Advisory or Human Resource Business Partner experience equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2 years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Extensive experience of cross-functional leadership
  • Experience interacting with Executives, Managers, and all levels of enterprise on complex and confidential issues
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with geographically dispersed leaders and employees in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience with control execution, capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of using case management systems
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of ServiceNow and Workday platforms
  • Experience interpreting and designing policies, procedures, and processes within a large complex organization
  • Advanced MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Prior experience as Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) highly preferred
  • BS/BA degree or higher preferred
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including those related to conflict resolution

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the approved locations below
