How you make a difference

The Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the company by providing guidance, direction, and support to Program Managers/HSAs, ensuring our clinical staff are trained and supported, and collaborating with all functions in the corporate office. This includes managing labor, providing client reporting, assisting with new program transitions, and traveling to sites to provide support as needed. The role is a key support role for each of the field operating teams and reports to the Regional Vice President. 

Key Responsibilities

• Train and provide support to Program Managers/HSAs on labor management tools, technology and reports to ensure compliance with budget and contract requirements. 
• Collaborate with DOs and HSAs/Program Managers to maintain consistent labor management practices and provide feedback to Regional Vice President on performance. 

• Client/Facilities Management: 

• Work with DOs, HSAs, and PMs to ensure timely and accurate communication of company performance to facilities under management. 
• Develop regular written communications and manage client reporting process for assigned team. 

• Operations Management: 

• Provide on-site administrative and/or clinical support to counties in the region as needed, under direction of the Regional Vice President. 

• Assist counties in preparing for accreditation surveys and support new county start-ups by coordinating logistics, documentation, and training materials. 

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Associates or professional degree strongly preferred, healthcare experience (nursing or other clinical role) can substitute for academic preparation.

Experience

• Two years healthcare operations and/or administrative support required, correctional health experience preferred
